Refund Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all refunds, cancellations, withdrawals, and fee-related disputes for any program, course, workshop, bootcamp, subscription, or service (“Services”) offered by Freshskills (“Freshskills”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By enrolling in or purchasing any Service, the User (“you”, “your”) acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms contained herein. This Policy forms an integral part of Freshskills Terms of Service.

  1. General Policy – ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE , Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all payments made to Freshskills are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, irrespective of:
  • user dissatisfaction
  • change in personal circumstances
  • technical issues on the user’s side
  • non-completion of the course
  • withdrawal after enrollment
  • failure to attend live sessions or classes
  • inability to meet course requirements
  • This is necessary to ensure resource allocation, trainer commitments, operational costs, and academic planning.
  1. Eligibility for Refund (Exceptional Cases Only): A refund may be considered only under the following rare and exceptional scenarios, subject to strict verification:
  • Duplicate Payment: If a User is charged twice for the same transaction, the excess amount will be refunded after validating the transaction details.
  • Payment Failure but Amount Debited: If money is debited from your bank/wallet but the enrollment is unsuccessful, a refund may be issued upon confirmation from the payment gateway.
  • Courses Cancelled by Freshskills: If Freshskills cancels or discontinues a program for operational reasons, enrolled users may receive: a full refund, or the option to transfer fees to another course
  • The choice rests solely with Freshskills. No other reasons qualify for refunds.
  1. Non-Refundable Components: Under all circumstances, the following are strictly non-refundable:
  • Registration or admission fee
  • Enrollment fee
  • Token/holding fee
  • Course fee (full or partial)
  • EMI/Installment payments
  • Assessment or examination fee
  • Certification charges
  • Content access subscription fees
  • Administrative charges
  • Any amount paid toward placement services
  1. Course Cancellation / Withdrawal by User: If you choose to cancel enrollment or withdraw from a course:
  • no refund will be issued
  • course access may be revoked
  • any pending installments must still be paid
  • Freshskills is not obligated to pause, extend, replace, or modify your enrollment due to personal circumstances.
  1. Transfer, Batch Change & Substitution
  • Transfer to Another Course: Freshskills does not permit transferring fees from one course to another unless expressly approved in writing.
  • Batch Change Requests: Batch change may be approved subject to availability and payment of applicable administrative charges. Approval is not guaranteed.
  • Substitution of Candidate: Substituting another learner in your place is not permitted unless explicitly authorised by Freshskills.
  1. Installment / EMI Payments: If you enroll through an installment plan or EMI facility:
  • all installments must be paid on time
  • non-payment or delayed payment may result in suspension of services
  • EMIs processed through third-party lenders are governed by their terms
  • EMIs are non-cancellable once approved by the financial partner
  • Under no circumstance will EMIs or part-payments be refunded.
  1. Digital Products & Content: Freshskills may offer digital products such as recorded classes, templates, dashboards, notes, or toolkits. All digital products are:
  • non-refundable
  • non-returnable
  • non-cancellable once accessed, downloaded, or delivered
  • This applies even if the user does not access or use the material.
  1. Placement Assistance Disclaimer – Refunds will not be provided for:
  • failure to secure a job
  • dissatisfaction with placement opportunities
  • withdrawal from placement activities
  • employer rejections
  • inability to meet employer eligibility criteria
  • Placement assistance is a support service, not a guaranteed outcome.
  1. Processing Refunds (If Approved) – If a refund is approved under an eligible exception:
  • it will be processed only to the original mode of payment
  • processing may take 7–21 working days, depending on the bank/payment gateway
  • Freshskills is not liable for delays caused by banks, financial institutions, or third-party payment processors
  1. Fraudulent Transactions: If Freshskills detects fraud, misuse, misrepresentation, or suspicious payment activity:
  • enrollment may be cancelled
  • access may be withdrawn
  • refunds will not be provided
  • legal action may be initiated where applicable
  1. Changes to Policy: Freshskills reserves the right to modify, revise, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on the official website and becomes effective immediately. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the updated Policy.

All requests must include:

  1. full name
  2. registered mobile number
  3. transaction ID
  4. course enrolled in
  5. date of payment
  6. screenshot of the payment (if applicable)
  7. Incomplete requests will not be processed.
